I LOVE UMP Limited_Edition_T-Shirt

For information, the shirt I LOVE UMP was launched / open orders at the beginning of October 2012. Pre orders have been open for 2 weeks only (2nd - 16th October) because it is limited edition.

However, received great response from the customers, especially the student of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP). There are also a number of orders from outside  UMP.

Clothes and fabric used are GILDAN  brand for Cotton and for Quick Dry fabric ORENSPORT.
Order was only open to White & Black color of shirt.
The level of quality of fabric is: 100% Cotton Premium Grade and Premium Grade 100% Microfibre.

Delivery of the shirt was made on 1st-3rd of November as there is some order & other work at the time. Basically we only take 1-2 weeks for production and 1-2 days for delivery.

Because the shirt  is promised as Limited Edition T-Shirt, we have not taken any bookings and don't make any extra  pieces of this shirt. Believe us, just 101pcs !!
Although there are very surprising demand from customers to make another order, but we have to keep our promise to make this shirt limited.

But do not worry there will be another upcoming special design for UMP citizen .. coming soon .. :-)

Silkscreen Printing

Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas.

2. Better quality than low heat transfer quality
3. Faster printing process
4. Economical for within A4 size design with limited Color

The disadvantage of  using Silkscreen printing for T-Shirt Printing

1. Get expensive if too many color in a design
2. Uneconomical for small number of order (Embroidery or Heat-Transfer Printing maybe a good choice)
3. The quality of silkscreen printing depend on how many screening is done. (Double or more printing may increase the quality causing the printing more visible and bold)
